Job Summary

To support the company through process optimization and data-driven decision making, the full-time Operational Excellence Analyst will analyze and improve operational processes, collaborate with technology teams, and generate insights from data, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with technology teams to support system implementations and optimize key mortgage operational systems
• Generate insights from business and operational data to support decision-making and drive productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, mortgage operations, or a related environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis
• Understanding of operational processes and structured process improvement methodologies
• Experience in collaborating across technical and business teams
