Operational Excellence IT Trainer

Job Summary

Driving training initiatives, the full-time Operational Excellence IT Trainer will design and deliver IT training programs, create Standard Operating Procedures, and monitor operational metrics to enhance IT efficiency and support continuous improvement, while working onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate instructor-led training, e-learning, and workshops for onboarding new customers and staff
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Service Manuals for clients
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify training gaps and improve workflows

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, technical training, or continuous improvement roles
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma), ITIL frameworks, and learning management systems
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), ITIL, or Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD)
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and data analysis tools
