Operational Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to oversee manufacturing process improvement projects in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production methods using lean tools and techniques
• Identify and implement lean process improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and competitive advantage
• Provide training and mentorship to plant-level teams on lean methodologies and oversee plant improvement workshops

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
• Experience in quality control/maintenance within a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
