Key Responsibilities

Lead the SpecOps OpEx & AI enablement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency
Translate customer pain points into prioritized AI solutions and automation opportunities
Define and scale operational models and KPIs to enhance customer experience and operational health

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in leading complex cross-functional operations
Proven track record in delivering data-driven programs and operationalization
Experience developing AI solutions and using AI tools in workflows
Ability to define and operationalize SLAs/KPIs linked to business outcomes
Technical awareness of operational technologies and a passion for customer experience
