• Manage the deployment and standardization of new capabilities across Electronic Systems
• Collaborate with various business areas to plan and execute process improvements and initiatives
• Lead the operational excellence project portfolio and mentor internal and external supplier quality candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to foster a teaming environment
• Quality Management System Tool expertise
• Program/Project management expertise in planning and execution of projects
• Performance metrics and data analytics expertise
