Job Summary
Driving process improvement initiatives, the full-time Operational Excellence Manager will focus on enhancing quality across operational functions such as customer onboarding and vendor support while collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying and prioritizing process improvement projects across operational functions
- Conducting discovery sessions to diagnose root causes of inefficiencies and quality gaps
- Leading projects from initiation through full implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes against established metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- PMP certification preferred with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Data-driven mindset with experience in establishing baseline metrics and measuring outcomes
