Job Summary

Driving process improvement initiatives, the full-time Operational Excellence Manager will work remotely to enhance customer onboarding, vendor support, and implementation processes while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and prioritizing process improvement projects across operational functions
• Conducting discovery sessions and current-state analysis to diagnose inefficiencies
• Developing recommendations and leading projects from initiation through full implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality management
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• PMP certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation
