Job Summary

Driving process improvement initiatives, the remote Manager of Operational Excellence will enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes through data analytics and strategic implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvement across the organization
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of patient care
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, monitoring effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, and Lean methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Articulate and influential public speaker
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on consistently delivering quality work product
