Job Summary

To support operational efficiency in a remote environment, the full-time Operational Excellence Manager will identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, optimize internal communication protocols, and establish streamlined reporting mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Solve operational bottlenecks by diagnosing organizational pain points and designing repeatable fixes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in operational excellence, process management, or business operations within high-growth tech environments
• Proven track record in designing and implementing cross-functional processes and internal communication standards
• Experience in creating structured documentation hubs for distributed workforces
• Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows without adding administrative burdens
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
