Operational Excellence Manager
Job Summary
Driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain operations, the full-time Manager, Operational Excellence will partner with site-wide customers to enhance lean capabilities, coach teams on structured problem solving, and maintain quality and compliance standards at the Summit West facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal continuous improvement coach for manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Facilitate A3 problem-solving processes and support tier management systems across the site
- Design and lead kaizen events and workshops to improve operational performance and eliminate waste
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related discipline
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Lean Silver Certification or Shingo Graduate preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence within the Biotech or pharmaceutical industry
