Operational Excellence Partner

Job Summary

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Operational Excellence Partner will facilitate training, identify process optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training and coaching on continuous improvement methodologies to enhance organizational capability
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving efficiency and quality through data analysis and structured problem-solving techniques
• Partner with leaders to establish key performance metrics and enhance visual management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies, including Lean and/or Six Sigma principles
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience in group insurance, financial services, or a similar industry preferred
