Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Customer Success Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dream up better processes and efficient ways of getting things done
  • Build processes and gather data to drive constant improvement in customer success
  • Develop processes to track, measure, and maximize the quality, efficiency, and performance of customer success

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in management consulting, project management, or a core operational role
  • Experience in optimizing workflows across SaaS technical support or customer success journeys
  • Background in rolling out and operating a CS tool like Gainsight
  • Extensive security industry experience with knowledge of security products and services
  • Ability to drive decisions using data analysis and monitoring tools
