Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, Customer Success Operational Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Dream up better processes and efficient ways of getting things done
- Build processes and gather data to drive constant improvement in customer success
- Develop processes to track, measure, and maximize the quality, efficiency, and performance of customer success
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in management consulting, project management, or a core operational role
- Experience in optimizing workflows across SaaS technical support or customer success journeys
- Background in rolling out and operating a CS tool like Gainsight
- Extensive security industry experience with knowledge of security products and services
- Ability to drive decisions using data analysis and monitoring tools
