Job Summary
Driving continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Remote Operational Excellence Program Manager will lead process optimization projects, foster strategic collaboration, and utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Client Operations OpEx projects to reduce waste and improve business processes
- Develop cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and alignment
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on process improvement principles and project updates
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or process improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel for data management and analysis
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects and delivering measurable improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
