Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist to develop and implement processes and tools for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program and project managers to establish reliable forecasting processes and ensure accurate reporting
• Identify and deploy digital tools to enhance support for customers and internal teams
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain comprehensive process documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence
• Expertise with Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related methodology is preferred
