Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist - Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal operational excellence and efficiency partner for the Technical Support organization
• Analyze workflows, processes, and support models to identify opportunities for optimization and scalability
• Leverage AI tools to streamline work processes, reporting, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, business analysis, or support operations
• 1+ years' experience with strong computer and technical aptitude
• 1+ years practical experience using AI and automation tools, or strong demonstrated interest in applying them
