Job Summary

Shaping long-term operational capability, the full-time Operational Excellence Training Lead will architect a cohesive learning and competency strategy, align workforce skills with future needs, and steer change programs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs assessment, planning, and delivery logistics
• Develop and standardize training assets and introduce modern learning approaches such as microlearning and digital training
• Conduct quarterly skills gap analyses and recommend targeted upskilling or cross-skilling strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Supply Chain or Business
• 5+ years in a similar role
