Operational Finance VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Operational Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to business unit and functional leaders, shaping strategy and translating goals into actionable financial and operational plans
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across business units while conducting variance and trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• Build and lead high-performing Operational Finance and Business Analysis teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including operational finance or business unit FP&A leadership
• Experience in high-growth, complex, and/or private equity-backed environments
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and/or CPA/CFA credentials considered
• Strong background in financial planning systems and tools (e.g., Adaptive, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar)
