Operational Forecasting Associate

Job Summary

To optimize resourcing and financial planning for production teams, the full-time remote Operational Forecasting Associate will execute forecasting and planning analyses, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage data to support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing needs while supporting leadership in generating budget estimates
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure forecast models align with business objectives and refine data for analyses
• Analyze data to support business teams in making data-driven decisions and present findings in a clear and compelling manner

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated work in operations forecasting
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights
• 2+ years of experience in SQL or proficiency in R/Python for data analysis
• 1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced functions
• Strong communication skills related to business reporting impact and requirements
