Operational Forecasting Associate

Job Summary

To support the Workforce Management team, the remote Operational Forecasting Associate will execute forecasting and planning analyses, build operational forecasts, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resourcing and financial planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing needs while supporting budget estimates
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure forecast models align with business objectives and refine data for analyses
• Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions and present findings clearly to non-technical colleagues

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of demonstrated work in operations forecasting
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and deriving insights
• 2+ years of experience in SQL or proficiency in R/Python for data analysis
• 1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced functions
• Strong communication skills around business reporting impact and requirements
