Job Summary

Supporting operational excellence, the full-time Remote Operational Performance Lead will drive performance initiatives across Hyatt's Essentials & Full-Service Managed hotels in the Americas, ensuring General Managers and Leadership Committees are equipped for success while enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support to General Managers and Leadership Committees, ensuring access to necessary resources for success
  • Leverage data insights to prioritize support for underperforming hotels and develop action plans for improvement
  • Lead innovative operational projects and training, effectively communicating Hyatt Brand Standards and operational priorities
Required qualifications:
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written
  • 5+ years of experience in Full Service hotel operations at a department head or leadership committee level
  • 2+ years of experience in Hyatt Managed hotel operations, specifically in Rooms and F&B
  • Experience with Hyatt's operational tools, including HySat, Opera, and Tableau-based applications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
