Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Operational Performance Lead will support Full Service General Managers in the Americas by enhancing hotel performance, implementing initiatives for operational efficiencies, and providing training on brand standards, all while working remotely with the option for a hybrid schedule in the Chicago area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support and onboarding for Full Service General Managers, ensuring access to necessary resources for success
- Act as a liaison with various Hyatt departments to facilitate effective communication and support for hotel operations
- Analyze operational performance metrics to develop improvement plans and enhance guest satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or a related business role
- 3+ years of experience in Full Service hotel operations, specifically in Rooms and F&B
- Experience with Hyatt's operational tools and data analytics
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills and proficiency in Microsoft-based products
