Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Performance Development Trainer I.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions, including new hire orientation and role-based training
- Perform training and policy maintenance duties, including managing pre- and post-class activities
- Collaborate with operational owners to assess training needs and develop relevant educational materials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire
- Preferred knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Virtual facilitation experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
