Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Performance Development Trainer I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions, including new hire orientation and role-based training
  • Perform training and policy maintenance duties, including managing pre- and post-class activities
  • Collaborate with operational owners to assess training needs and develop relevant educational materials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire
  • Preferred knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Virtual facilitation experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
