Job Summary

To support a growing project, the full-time Operational Program Manager will oversee financial performance, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and manage project operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Act as the primary contact for the state client and ensure program compliance with applicable regulations
• Manage operational managers, including performance appraisals and professional development guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in financial analysis and project management
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and operations
