Operational Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end operational project delivery, the full-time Outsourced Operational Project Manager will optimize warehouse space and workflows while ensuring compliance with secure material handling protocols in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to create comprehensive project plans and manage resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, provide status updates to stakeholders, and perform data validation for inventory accuracy
• Oversee high-security data destruction and facility consolidations, ensuring adherence to corporate security mandates and local regulations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or records management environments
• Strong knowledge of enterprise project management tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Solid financial acumen regarding project health and profit margins
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
