Operational Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading projects focused on the sustainment and optimization of the Verint platform, the full-time Operational Project Manager will manage system-wide initiatives, onboarding of new groups, and strategic efforts under Care Access and Service Integration, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the coordination, implementation, and completion of Verint platform projects and contact center initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals
• Oversee the lifecycle of the Verint platform to ensure stability and lead onboarding of new operational groups with minimal disruption
• Analyze and resolve complex operational issues, developing policies to maximize efficiency and safeguard call data compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five years of project management experience, including two years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with Verint implementation and/or administration
• Strong knowledge of contact center workflows, including workforce management and quality monitoring
• Experience collaborating with IT, operations, and clinical stakeholders
