Operational Readiness Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Readiness Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational readiness plans and lead readiness assessments for project rollouts
• Collaborate with various teams to align deliverables and identify operational risks
• Ensure operational documentation is complete and facilitate staff training and competency assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant technical experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and change management principles
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and industry-specific certifications is beneficial
