Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Readiness Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage readiness plans for new initiatives, ensuring processes, resources, and technology are prepared for go-live
• Conduct readiness assessments to identify gaps and develop mitigation plans for seamless execution
• Oversee post-launch support, measuring success against readiness KPIs and leading root-cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or change readiness
• Experience leading operational readiness or business transition initiatives in a complex environment
• Strong working knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies
• Proven success leading readiness for large-scale systems or product deployments
