Operational Readiness Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful operational controls and governance prior to production deployment, the full-time Operational Readiness & Controls Manager will partner with various teams to validate documentation and readiness activities while managing operational risks and assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update operational control frameworks affected by business and technology transformations
• Document and maintain controls inventory for new operational processes and support readiness assessments
• Facilitate risk and readiness review sessions with stakeholders and track readiness milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 9+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Controls, Business Readiness, or Operations Consulting
• Experience implementing operational controls within Financial Services organizations
• Strong understanding of governance, operational risk, and control frameworks
• Experience conducting operational readiness assessments
