Operational Resilience Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of the enterprise Operational Resilience program, the full-time Manager of Operational Resilience & Crisis Management will support the design and implementation of resilience capabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations while collaborating with cross-functional partners and service owners.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate program activities, including dependency mapping and scenario design for Critical/Important Business Services
• Coordinate scenario testing and prepare resilience reporting for senior management to support decision-making
• Track global regulatory expectations and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Operational Resilience program

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, with a focus on Operational Resilience or Business Continuity
• Strong understanding of resilience and crisis preparedness concepts
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with Operational Resilience regulatory requirements (e.g., SR 20-24, DORA)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
