Operational Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating extensively across multiple business units, the full-time Analyst of Issues, Events & Remediation will conduct root cause analyses, perform quality assurance on documentation, and support the remediation process to manage operational risks effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on investigations and conduct root cause analysis to address repeated issue types
• Perform quality assurance on documentation and track progress of remediation efforts
• Analyze data to prepare detailed reports on issue status, trends, and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within Risk or Internal Audit functions
• Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Experience in process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Sound analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios
• Project management and interpersonal skills
