Job Summary

Collaborating extensively across various business units, the full-time Analyst of Issues, Events & Remediation will conduct root cause analysis, perform quality assurance on documentation, and support the remediation process to enhance operational risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on investigations and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Perform quality assurance on documentation and track the remediation process
• Analyze data to prepare detailed reports on issue status, trends, and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or related fields
• Understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Experience in process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios
• Project management and interpersonal skills
