Operational Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the identification and assessment of key risks within Enterprise Business Operations Services, the full-time Operational Risk Analyst will perform data analysis, assist with reporting and documentation activities, and promote effective operational and compliance risk management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, compliance, and initiative-level risks
• Assist with analysis of data to identify risk trends, control gaps, and emerging risk indicators
• Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and metrics using established frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of business process, risk identification, control implementation, or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare required
• Strong understanding of risks and controls in healthcare claims preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
