Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate of Operational Excellence and Resolution Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and process improvements to enhance risk management and control design
• Perform root cause analysis for risk issues and develop compelling reports for organizational improvement
• Independently validate resolutions and oversee documentation for issue closure and remediation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking, compliance, risk management, and process engineering
• Hands-on experience in financial service operations with knowledge of consumer regulatory risks
• Experience in the Financial Services sector or FinTech, particularly with digital financial products
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or advanced degree
• SQL experience for data analysis and risk identification
