Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Risk Consultant, EMEA & US.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and closure of self-identified issues, risk acceptances, and risk events in alignment with established policies
• Assist in maturing the view of controls and self-identification/validation of issues within Global Customer Service & Operations
• Implement best practices and support periodic management reporting for issue management goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in operational risk management or related field
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks
• Familiarity with issue management processes and reporting
• Ability to collaborate with various corporate functions such as compliance and internal audit
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
