Operational Risk Officer

Job Summary

To support the execution of the bank's Risk Management framework, the full-time Operational Risk Officer will manage risk governance, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with business units to ensure compliance and effective risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents the Second Line of Defense by providing credible challenge to management and participating in risk governance committees
• Conducts risk assessments across business lines, identifying and escalating emerging risks and control gaps
• Coordinates and contributes to quarterly operational risk reports for executive management and the Board Risk Committee

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Risk Management for a mid-large sized organization
• Prior experience in financial services
• University degree preferred
• Strong skills in data analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators
