Operational Services Senior Associate

Job Summary

Monitoring live production work and ensuring operational performance, the full-time Operational Services Senior Associate will utilize various system tools to track metrics, communicate with stakeholders, and implement process improvements during the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Use system tools to monitor and track live production work and metrics in real time
• Communicate with stakeholders during escalation situations and summarize production performance to management
• Analyze historical performance data to identify trends and propose action plans for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong functional computer skills in DFIN proprietary systems and third-party software
• Demonstrated ability to understand performance metrics in Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
• Experience in high-pressure, time-critical situations
• Willingness to cover alternative shifts and provide on-call support as needed
