Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Solutions Manager (West).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish vendor relationships and determine best practices for business in the assigned area
• Identify and engage laboratory decision makers to facilitate collaboration
• Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining communication with leadership regarding progress and challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, life sciences, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
• Experience implementing business-solution initiatives and managing complex projects
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with hospital systems and established relationships in the healthcare space is preferred
