Operational Staff Member

Job Summary

As a full-time Member of Operational Staff on the Frontier Data team, the successful candidate will manage the delivery process for datasets and environments, collaborating with researchers and engineers at partner labs to ensure quality and efficiency in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery process from intake through execution, review, and final shipment
• Build and enforce processes that ensure quality is measurable and consistently maintained
• Interface with researchers and engineers to shape data products and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks

Required qualifications

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement learning workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills and sound judgment
• Experience in data labeling, annotation operations, or machine learning training data pipelines is a plus
