Job Summary
To support essential operational activities, the full-time Operational Support Lead will provide internal assistance to regional teams in managing administrative tasks, fund management, and data processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support region teams with administrative tasks, including event setup, data collection, and processing revenue
- Research unclaimed donations and collaborate with staff to ensure accurate allocation of funds
- Manage tickets and inbound customer needs through ticketing software within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a directly relatable role
- Prior experience with Blood Cancer United preferred
- Knowledge of Blood Cancer United's mission, products, and services preferred
