Operational Technology Security Consultant

Job Summary

Assessing the security posture of operational technology environments, the full-time Operational Technology Security Consultant will conduct stakeholder interviews, evaluate security practices against industry standards, and develop remediation recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and review OT-related documentation to understand client environments
• Assess client compliance against OT security frameworks and develop maturity assessment reports
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and their leadership through executive briefings

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in operational technology security or related infrastructure security roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Direct experience in OT environments such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities
• Hands-on experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
• Knowledge of OT security assessment frameworks including IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82
