Operational Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Trainer responsible for designing and delivering training experiences for internal team members and external users.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate ongoing training for new employees and develop training sessions on internal processes and productivity
• Manage and maintain internal and external training libraries, ensuring materials are accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct external training sessions and support the Client Engagement Team with train-the-trainer programs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, operations, onboarding, communications, or instructional design
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and experience with content management
• Experience developing user guides, training materials, or LMS content
• Ability to manage email and text communication workflows or platforms
• Experience working cross-departmentally with HR, Marketing, and product-focused teams is a plus
