Operational Training Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Associate Director of Operational Training and Performance, the full-time remote Manager of Operational Training and Performance will manage training programs, evaluate operational workflows, and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver structured training programs, including onboarding and refresher trainings
• Evaluate training effectiveness and operational workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Maintain training materials and schedules, providing regular updates to the Associate Director

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three to five years of experience in operations, training, or performance improvement, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Experience in evaluating workflows and implementing operational improvements
• Ability to support cross-functional projects and communicate effectively
