Job Summary
Engaging with strategic distribution partners, the full-time remote Operations Account Manager will manage back-office operations, oversee account onboarding, and drive customer success while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle account management for B2B partners, ensuring successful operational integration and communication
- Lead operational onboarding processes with partner teams, providing training and support during account creation
- Collaborate with strategic account managers to foster business growth and address operational challenges effectively
Required qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise account management, onboarding, or customer success roles, preferably in insurance or tech
- Strong process orientation with the ability to build and track back-end processes for scalable account management
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills for translating internal processes into clear external expectations
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to driving customer success and achieving goals
