Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Operations Administrative Assistant will support internal operations through administrative coordination, system organization, client follow-ups, and process documentation in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain accuracy of company, client, billing, and team information across internal platforms
  • Organize internal documentation, support recurring administrative tasks, and assist with client onboarding and offboarding
  • Facilitate simple client follow-ups and communication, tracking outstanding administrative items as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in administrative support, operations support, or a similar role is preferred
  • Experience with data entry, records cleanup, internal audits, and client follow-up is helpful
  • Formal education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using tools like Slack, SharePoint, and QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks and prioritize work effectively
