Job Summary

To support a leadership team in a remote setting, the part-time Operations Administrative Assistant will manage caregiver attendance tracking, prepare reports for meetings, and maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems while working 20 flexible hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Track caregiver attendance, call-outs, and reliability metrics
  • Prepare reports and scorecards for leadership meetings
  • Update and maintain company SOPs and internal guides
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or HR administration
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working remotely and independently
  • Familiarity with healthcare or home care operations is a plus
