Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Administrator to provide central administrative support for teams of industrial technicians and field leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open new positions and process onboarding tasks in HRIS and secondary systems
  • Coordinate travel for employees and manage employee timesheets and payroll submissions
  • Act as a liaison between departments, track monthly cost savings, and capture process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of administration or customer service/support experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and other systems is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
