Operations AI Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-driven and experienced in healthcare operations, the full-time remote Operations AI Analyst will manage daily operations of AI-enabled member service processes, ensuring compliance and quality while collaborating with technical teams to enhance member interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operations of AI-enabled member service processes across multiple channels
• Monitor performance and review interaction outcomes for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Document business and functional requirements, and lead user acceptance and regression testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (four years in a corporate environment)
• 3 to 4 years of experience in service operations, operations analysis, or contact center environments
• Proven ability to translate operational processes into clear, structured documentation
• Experience supporting testing activities and validating operational readiness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including CoPilot
