A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Enablement Associate to support critical workflows across its Clinical Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted resource for internal teams, validating and responding to operational workflow questions
• Maintain and improve knowledge repositories, ensuring guidance is accurate and accessible
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows and support special projects for operational scalability

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or systems support
• 1 year of experience with Google Suite, Slack, and data analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with evolving processes
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
