Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PDO Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze provider data workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Perform reconciliation of provider data across systems and ensure data integrity
• Participate in QA and UAT testing to validate provider data accuracy and support issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
• 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider data management
• Ability to perform data reconciliation and root-cause analysis
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and process optimization
