Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst Associate to support their Lender Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, tracking, and coordination of lender complaints and disputes
• Track and organize complaints to identify trends and provide monthly summaries
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and support documentation updates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, support, or administrative roles
• Experience in lending, financial services, or handling complaints/disputes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow processes and work in a high-volume environment
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems is preferred
